You won’t be able to enjoy HBO on Amazon’s channels platform beginning next year

Amazon and HBO-owner WarnerMedia lastly came to a contract this week to bring HBO Max to Amazon Fire TV devices, almost 6 months after the streaming service first released. However as part of that agreement, Amazon will be removing HBO from Amazon’s Prime Video Channels choice beginning next year, according to CNBC

Amazon Prime Video Channels let you register for specific streaming channels for a regular monthly fee and view them on Amazon. However the HBO Prime Video Channel has some differences from HBO Max. HBO Max provides everything you ‘d get with a regular HBO membership along with extra films, shows, and initial series.

Amazon didn’t instantly react to an ask for comment. WarnerMedia decreased to comment.
