    Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s cutting barb at his arch-rival Lalu Yadav throughout the recently held assembly elections prompted a sharp reaction from the latter’s boy Tejashwi Yadav, the Leader of the Opposition, in the state assembly on Friday.

    Tejashwi Yadav called out the speech made by the Janata Dal (United) chief in which he had referred the Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo’s big family, without discussing them by name, and recommended it revealed Lalu Yadav’s choice of having male children.

    ” I hope the chief minister is conscious that the youngest kid of my parents was a lady, born after 2 children,” said Tejashwi Yadav, whose older sibling Tej Pratap Yadav is also a member of the state assembly and younger sis Rajlaxmi Yadav is married in the household of Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav.

    ” Now let us concern the reality that the chief minister has just one son. Could we use his own yardsticks and say that he did not have another out of worry that it could be a girl?” Mr Yadav stated.

    The 32- year-old RJD leader, who was taking part in the dispute on the guv’s address to the newly constituted assembly, expressed discouragement that while he focused on “individuals’s concerns” throughout the elections, the judgment National Democratic Alliance (NDA) resorted to individual attacks.

    ” I was discussing tasks. And I bow before individuals of Bihar who chose us and assisted us become the single largest party. If not for manipulations by pliant authorities published in locations where outcomes of securely objected to elections were overturned, we may have got the possibility to satisfy our promises,” Mr Yadav alleged.

    Tejashwi Yadav, the eighth of former chief ministers Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi’s nine children, tweeted that even Nitish Kumar’s insults were “blessings” for him. Later, he informed press reporters that the Chief Minister had insulted “women and my mom’s beliefs”.

    Nitish Kumar was unusually caustic and, according to his critics, downright personal in his project against Tejashwi Yadav for the elections that brought him back to power previously this month however lowered his celebration’s seats drastically.
