Rights Body Gives Clean Chit To Hospital On Rhea Chakraborty Morgue Visit

Rhea Chakraborty has actually been detained in a drugs case associated to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death

    Mumbai:

The Maharashtra State Human Being Rights Commission has actually given a clean chit to the city-based Cooper Medical facility and authorities over actor Rhea Chakraborty’s supposed check out to the healthcare facility’s mortuary where star Sushant Singh Rajput’s body had actually been kept, an official stated.

After going through the reports sent by the city cops along with the health center, it found that no “3rd party” had entered the prohibited area of the mortuary, the commission official said on Wednesday.

The commission had on August 25 issued a show-cause notice to the healthcare facility and authorities after some news channels declared that Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant Rajput’s sweetheart, was enabled entry into the post-mortem room in the morgue in infraction of standards.

” Both the companies, particularly the health center, sent in-depth reports with files and photographs. No complete stranger or third party had been allowed the post-mortem space. These are forbidden areas,” the official stated.

As per the healthcare facility’s dean, Ms Chakraborty might have existed in the waiting location for visitors and relatives when Sushant Rajput’s body was taken away on June 15 for final rites after an autopsy, he said.

” The police had no function to play because as soon as a body is handed over to the mortuary (for autopsy), they are not in the photo,” he included.

” Cops come into the photo after the post-mortem when the body is provided to them, and later they hand it over to the loved ones,” the official stated, including that Sushant Rajput’s body was turned over to his sister.

” Looking at all these elements, the commission pertained to the conclusion that there was no breach (of standards) on the part of the dean or the police,” he stated.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was discovered dead at his flat in suburban Bandra on June 14.

Ms Chakraborty, who is facing a CBI probe for supposed abetment of his suicide, was subsequently arrested in a drugs case related to the actor’s death.
