    The Delhi High Court on Wednesday looked for reaction of the Bureau of Migration and the Central Passport Company on a senior’s plea declaring that for the past 11 years whenever he takes a trip abroad he is subjected to harassment and interrogation at the airport due to an LOC against his name.
