The State federal government had actually alerted the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to penetrate possible atempts to destabilise the federal government, if any, in Andhra Pradesh, stated Director-General of Authorities (DGP) D. Gautam Sawang.
Reacting to a question on the series of claims and attacks by the main Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) about attacks on the Scheduled Castes, targeting police workers, desecration of idols in temples, making negative comments on the name of faith on a few VVIPs, the DGP stated the authorities were observing the situation from time to time.
” We have notified the IB to examine whether any group was attempting to destabilise the government in the State,” Mr. Sawang said.
Meanwhile, the IB personnel have actually reported over the political advancements and on the major concerns in the State during the last few months. “Conversation on the alleged breakdown of Constitutional machinery has come in for discussion just recently.
