HC restrains vocalist from sharing personal photographs with actor on social media
The Madras High Court on Friday accepted a plea made by a starlet to limit her separated fiancé, a singer, from sharing their personal photos with the mainstream media or on social networks.
Justice N. Sathish Kumar passed the restraint order to secure the star’s privacy. The judge likewise accepted her plea to keep privacy and edit her name from the cause title of the case.
The star had in fact submitted a civil match looking for damages from her separated fiancé and prayed for interim orders injuncting him from sharing their pictures. Senior Counsel M.S. Krishnan represented her prior to the court.
The counsel informed the court that the media had actually reported extensively about the case when the court approved leave to his customer to file the match. He stated the star did not desire the information of the case to be made public.
