    The BJP’s State president was describing DMK MLA Poongothai Aladi Aruna being hospitalised

    BJP State president L. Murugan on Friday claimed that the DMK is a celebration that embarrasses females and questioned how the DMK might protect the individuals when it can not safeguard its own MLA.

    Taking part in the celebration’s Vetrivel Yatra at Sampath Nagar– in spite of the authorities not approving consent for it– he alleged that DMK MLA Poongothai Aladi Aruna touched the feet of some party functionaries and looked for an apology recently. “Even though they are celebration functionaries, how can we accept it,” he said and highly condemned the occurrence. He claimed that there are reports that she tried suicide and was hospitalised. “Till today, no action has been taken versus the persons accountable for her decision nor has the DMK president M.K. Stalin condemned the event or consoled her,” he stated. “If the DMK concerns power, individuals can not live easily,” he stated.

    Mr. Murugan stated that Kanda Sasti Kavasam was first chanted by Baladevarayar at Arulmigu Subramania Swami temple in Chennimalai and lessons must be taught to Karuppar Koottam for denigrating it. “They need to be booked under the National Security Act,” he required.

    According to him, BJP functionaries and cadre served the individuals throughout COVID-19 lockdown and the Yatra is likewise to thank them.     After the meeting, he, together with party State vice president Annamalai and cadres were detained by the authorities and lodged at a wedding event hall.

    Previously he offered prayers at the Chennimalai temple and distributed a pamphlet, ‘Desiyam Kakka, Tamilagam Kakka,’ (To conserve nation, TN) to some regional homeowners.
