    COVID-19: Noida restricts events at social functions to100

    With the coronavirus pandemic continuing unabated throughout the country, Uttar Pradeshs Noida district has lowered the variety of persons allowed at a social event to an optimum of 100.

    The nationwide Capital and neighbouring states Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have reported an abrupt spike in corona cases throughout the last few days. Recently, the Kejriwal-led Delhi federal government minimized the variety of individuals to 50 from the earlier limit of 200 permitted to participate in a wedding event or other social events in Delhi.

    Noida District Magistrate (DM) Suhas L. Y. has attracted all citizens of the district to comply with the brand-new U.P government order which says, “In the wake of the rise in spread of Covid-19 pandemic, not more than 100 individuals will be permitted to attend any function, marital relationship and other gathering whether held outdoors or inside your home.”

    The DM said that stringent action would be taken as per law against those found violating the new order by the state government.

    He instructed all the local officials to guarantee that individuals follow the prescribed guidelines.

    ” All the administrative and other officials worried must ensure that all type of events, marital relationships and other gatherings held in their particular locations are not gone to by more than 100 persons,” the DM included.

    For the last few days, cases of coronavirus infection in Delhi have increased considerably and to avoid the further spread of the infection, the Delhi federal government has decided to restrict the variety of people at public functions and other such events.
