    Central Train to resume 8 unique train services from today, check details

    An essential decision to resume 8 unique suburban services from November 20, four in between Belapur and Kharkopar, and another four between Nerul and Kharkopar was taken by the Central Train.

    The Central Railway on Wednesday mentioned that 8 regional train services from Belapur and Nerul to Kharkopar station on its suburban path in Navi Mumbai from November20 It likewise recommended travelers to stick to all norms and Standard procedure (SOPs) associated to COVID-19 while taking a trip in trains.

    An important choice to resume 8 special suburban services from November 20, four between Belapur and Kharkopar, and another four between Nerul and Kharkopar was taken by the Main Train.

    The local train services from Nerul will leave for Kharkopar at 8.45 am and 5.45 pm, while the services from Belapur will start at 9.32 am and 6.32 pm, the press release stated. The services from Kharkopar to Nerul will leave at 9.15 am and 6.15 pm, while those for Belapur will begin at 10 am and 7 pm.

    ” Except for categories as recognized by the State Federal Government of Maharashtra and as approved by the Ministry of Railways, others are asked for not to hurry to the stations,” the Central Train said.

    It is to be noted that the Central Railway resumed suburban services from June 15 on the main, harbour and trans-harbour lines for vital services personnel, including civil servant and cops personnel. The services were halted in March due to the COVID-19 break out.

    Meanwhile, rural railway services resumed in West Bengal from Nov11 696 rural services began in the state after months of lockdown in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
