Bail should not be given to Pollachi sexual attack case implicated: Stalin
DMK president M.K. Stalin on Wednesday stated bail should not be granted instantly for those who were jailed in connection with the Pollachi sexual assault case as numerous others were yet to be protected.
In a declaration here he explained that Arulanantham who was apprehended by the CBI in addition to two others– Babu and Heron Balu– was AIADMK’s student wing secretary of the Pollachi town.
” He is the shadow of AIADMK Pollachi town secretary Krishnakumar and was introduced to the party by Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman,” the DMK leader alleged.
” More examination will draw out more reality,” Mr Stalin stated.
He said the CBI must apprehend all those who were associated with the case and guarantee the safety of women in Tamil Nadu.
” The cries of the lady, who was beaten by the perpetrators, had rendered our hearts. It shook the entire state,” he recalled.
